Certain events are eligible for booking online by registered members only.
Payment for an Event must be made in full not less than 48 hours before the time of the Event. A booking without the full payment being made on time will not be registered as a reserved booking.
Full refunds for an Event will normally be made up to seven days before the time of the Event, unless there has been a material commitment and a consequential loss to the club, then the organiser of the Event will negotiate the refund to cover any losses.
Refund requests should be made to the Event organiser, who will then if approved, instruct the Club’s On-line payment administrator to make the appropriate online refund.
